For sales teams
Run your whole sales team's LinkedIn prospecting from one place
Every rep keeps their own account, their own brief, their own personas — and you get one consolidated view of the whole team's performance. One shared Sales Navigator seat, one CRM sync, no side spreadsheet to reconcile.
Five reps, five tools, no visibility
Without coordination, every rep prospects their own way, at their own pace, with their own idea of a good prospect. There's no way to tell what's actually working, or where to step in first.
What changes
Each rep's Spruce account stays linked to their own LinkedIn, managed from a single admin login via Multi-account, with one Sales Navigator subscription shared across the team instead of one per person. A consolidated Dashboard sits alongside each rep's own — reply rate, meetings booked, revenue generated, for the whole team at a glance. Every action, on every account, syncs to your CRM automatically through CRM Integration, so reporting never drifts from what's actually happening in the field.
What doesn't change
Sharing tools isn't the same as flattening how each rep sells. Every account keeps its own sales brief and its own personas — qualification and messaging stay specific to what that rep sells, and to whom.
Questions sales leaders ask
How many accounts can I link together?
The number of linked accounts depends on your plan. Contact support to check the limits of your current plan.
Does one Sales Navigator subscription really cover the whole team?
Yes — a single Sales Navigator subscription is used in rotation across several Spruce accounts, with no need for an individual subscription per rep.
Can I see each rep's individual conversations?
That depends on the permissions granted to that account. By default, the consolidated dashboard gives a performance view, not conversation-by-conversation access.
Can each rep have their own brief and personas?
Yes. Each account configures its own sales brief and personas independently in Prospecting Setup.
