Yes. Spruce sends connection requests to prospects qualified by AI Scan, then sends personalized messages once accepted, and handles follow-ups according to the message sequence you set up. Before sending anything, Spruce helps you import your leads, sort them, then scan them with AI so you only prospect profiles that match your target. You can define your prospecting sequence, the number of follow-ups, the tone, and the delay between messages. As soon as a prospect replies, automation stops and the prospect lands in the Replies tab. You can then continue the conversation in the Manual Setting or AI Setting tool depending on your plan, all the way to booking a meeting. Then continue the sales follow-up in the Closing tool.

Yes. Spruce doesn't stop at the first message. Every prospect follows a clear timeline: imported, sorted, scanned by AI, sent a connection request, prospected, followed up, then moved to the Replies tab as soon as they respond. From there, you track them in Manual Setting or AI Setting. Once a meeting is booked, you move the prospect into Closing to track the opportunity and the resulting revenue.
